HOLIDAY OUTREACH!!
Those interested in making a monetary donation to the Holiday Outreach program, put on by the fire district and the volunteer association, can also bring those donations to the firehouse or mail them in at the address above. Checks can be made payable to "KCFD #2 Holiday Outreach".

- Monetary donations are used to purchase food for families in Burien, Normandy Park, and North Highline. The fire district works with DSHS to gather a list of eligible families each year and then coordinates and executes the purchase.

- Toy donations are not needed at the fire station for this annual event. All toys are donated by Tri-Med Ambulance and are custom purchased based on demographic information provided by each family. Please take any toy donations you may have to other groups within the community that have broadcasted a need.

The fire district will typically make deliveries during the third week of December, and donations are utilized during the second week of the month.

As always, the fire district would like to thank everyone that helps with our public outreach events. It takes a community.
