PERMIT APPLICATION FORM
This form is not used to apply for permits pertaining to sprinkler systems, fire alarm systems, or commercial kitchen hood suppression systems. Permits of that type are required to go through [email protected], or [email protected], and are submitted through www.mybuildingpermit.com for Burien, and SmartGov for Normandy Park.
For all other permit requests this form must be completed & returned to King County Fire District #2 at 900 SW 146th St. Burien, WA 98166. You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the form. An emailed copy can also be sent to the Fire Marshal.
