FIRE APPARATUS

Exciting News! Thanks to our amazing community, we took possession of two new fire engines, a ladder truck, and 2 aid cars for our Fire District in 2022. Here are a few photos of our design team as they traveled to Appleton, Wisconsin to work on the pre-build details with Pierce Manufacturing for our new rigs and then the rigs themselves are shown below.

A328 (2022)

A328 is a Ford North Star vehicle equipped with a full complement of EMS supplies including aid kits, ventilation kits, a defibrillator in addition to many other items our firefighters may need on an emergency medical response.

Current Engines (E328 - 2022, E329 - 2022)

E328 and E329 are manufactured by Pierce, their Enforcer model, with 1500 GPM Waterous pumps and foam proportioning systems. There are 500-gallon water tanks on both engines and they carry a compliment of vehicle extrication, forcible entry, salvage, and spill cleanup tools and equipment.

Ladder 329 (2022)

Ladder 329 is a Pierce Aerial with a 107' aerial ladder. The truck has a 200-gallon booster (water) tank and has a pump rated at 1500 GPM. The aerial ladder has a load rating of 500 lbs. with a pre-plumbed master stream capable of flowing 1000 GPM. L329 also carries two Stihl chainsaws and two Stihl rotary saws, as well as a full complement of ladders, ventilation equipment, salvage and overhaul equipment.

Backups (E428, E429)

Engine 428 and 429 are 2010 and 2008 Pierce Arrow XTs. Comprised of 1500 GPM Waterous Pumps with FoamPro proportioners, 500-gallon water tanks with Class-A foam reservoirs, and equipped with Honda generators, four 1-3/4" pre-connects, and one 2-1/2" pre-connect all 200' in length. The list doesn't end there.
