Fire Watch Requirement Sheet

This form is made available to occupancies that are required to perform a fire watch. Page 1 is the checklist of requirements used by the Fire Department, and page 3 is the fire watch accountability form, page 4 is the log entry form. To print out additional pages of the log entry form, open the document in Acrobat Reader, set the print range to page 4, and enter the number of copies you need.
